Traditional Welsh bacon, made to a centuries-old family recipe by the Rees family in their farmhouse - a real classic from Carmarthen deli.. The process starts with locally sourced Welsh pork belly, which is dry cured in salt and air-dried. Traditional Welsh bacon airs on the salty side which makes it a fantastic choice for Welsh cawl, carbonara and draped over poultry to season during the cook. Also cracking on a classic breakfast or roll.. Available as a 250g sliced pack, 1-2kg unsliced piece, or traditional 4kg unsliced fitch.
