Contact
Tell us what needs attention.
For questions about Vitrini, comparison data or a retailer listing, email our team and include enough detail for us to find the page.
Write to hello@vitrini.co.uk. Helpful details include the product URL, retailer name, price shown, and what you expected to see. Please do not send payment details or other sensitive information.
A price or stock looks wrong
Tell us what was displayed and what you found on the retailer's website. We can investigate information shown by Vitrini, but a retailer's website is authoritative for the current price, stock, delivery and terms. We cannot change a retailer's checkout or guarantee that an offer will remain available.
An order or delivery question
Vitrini is a comparison service, not the seller. For an order, dispatch, delivery, refund or return, contact the retailer directly using the details on its website or your order confirmation. We do not receive or hold your retailer order details.
Our registered identity
