1. About Vitrini

Vitrini is a trading name of ZeroPointOne Ventures Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 17398629. Registered office: Collingwood Buildings, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 1JF, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that operator. We provide a price comparison service for UK shoppers.

2. Using the comparison service

Our public comparison portal is free to browse without an account. These terms explain how you may use it. Product information comes from retailer feeds, affiliate networks and direct integrations. Our catalogue is not the whole market: we do not list every retailer or every available offer. A listing is not a recommendation, a guarantee of quality or an offer by Vitrini to sell you a product.

3. Buying from a retailer

“Go to shop” and “Visit” links take you to a retailer, sometimes through an affiliate network. Any purchase and payment are between you and the retailer under their terms. Vitrini does not take payment for products, fulfil orders or handle retailer returns or refunds. Contact the retailer for order, delivery, cancellation, warranty or payment issues.

4. Prices, availability and comparisons

Feed information can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Prices, stock, delivery charges and delivery times may change. A displayed total uses the price and delivery information available to us; it may not include location-dependent charges, optional services or every condition. Check the exact model, variant, condition, final price, delivery, availability and returns terms on the retailer's site before buying. The retailer's checkout price applies.

Comparison labels such as “best” relate only to the offers and information displayed by Vitrini, not every offer on the market. Filters and the selected sort order affect which results you see. Contact us if you find an error.

5. Retailer listings, corrections and removal

Being listed does not imply that a retailer endorses, partners with or approves Vitrini. Retailers and their authorised representatives can request a correction or removal by emailing hello@vitrini.co.uk with the retailer name, relevant Vitrini URLs, their role and the requested change. We may need to verify that a request comes from an authorised representative. Shoppers can also report incorrect information or raise a complaint using the same address.

6. Affiliate links and funding

Some retailer links are affiliate links. If you buy after following one, Vitrini may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. You buy from the retailer, not Vitrini; we do not take payment for products.

Affiliate networks can track referrals after you follow their links. The retailer and any network have their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for how Vitrini records outbound clicks.

7. Service availability and your rights

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all comparison information is complete or current. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or takes away your statutory consumer rights.
