Traditional Welsh bacon, made to a centuries-old family recipe by the Rees family in their farmhouse - a real classic from Carmarthen deli.. The process starts with locally sourced Welsh pork loin, which is dry cured in salt and air-dried. Traditional Welsh bacon airs on the salty side which makes it a fantastic choice for a BLT, or crispy lardons for a salad topping. Also cracking on a classic breakfast or roll.
