An ideal sauté pan for everyday use from Netherton Foundry, handcrafted from black spun iron that delivers all the heat retention and durability of cast iron, with significantly less weight. This model comes with a lid.. The body is made with 99.1% pure British iron, with a unique handmade British oak handle that's removable (with a screwdriver) to allow for use on the barbecue or in an oven. The pan comes pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, meaning you can use it straight away - the flax coating is easy to clean, naturally non-stick, and can be simply restored at home if needed. PTFE & PTFOA free, with absolutely no chemicals.. Suitable for all types of heat source including induction, gas hob, aga, electric hob and open flame, this pan is available in three sizes: 8in (20cm), 10in (25cm) and 12in (30cm). It also comes with a spun iron lid.
