This incredibly handy Black Iron Tortilla Press from Shropshire-based Netherton Foundry has been designed & developed in collaboration with Santiago Lastra - chef patron at London's celebrated KOL restaurant in the hear of Marylebone. It allows you to consistently make authentic thin Mexican tortillas up to 24cm in diameter, with two flat black iron plates and British oak handles able to squeeze your homemade masa harina dough with just the right amount of pressure.. Handcrafted from black spun iron that delivers all the heat retention and durability of cast iron, with significantly less weight. The body is made with 99.1% pure British iron and comes pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, meaning you can use it straight away - the flax coating is easy to clean, naturally non-stick, and can be simply restored at home if needed.. PTFE & PTFOA free, with absolutely no chemicals.
