Suitable for all types of heat source including induction, gas hob, aga, electric hob and open flame, this pan is made with 99.1% pure British iron, with a unique handmade British oak handle that's removable (with a screwdriver) to allow for reseasoning.. The pan comes pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, meaning you can use it straight away - the flax coating is easy to clean, naturally non-stick, and can be simply restored at home if needed. The pan is also PTFE & PFOA free – absolutely no chemicals..
