Despite its intimidating name, this highly prized wild fungi has a deep, earthy intensity & naturally smoky flavour with notes of woodland & black truffle. This beautiful fungi adds remarkable depth of flavour to sauces, risottos, pasta and slow cooked dishes.. Rehydrate: Soak in room temp water for around 30 mins. Discard any grit or debris that collects in the bowl.
