Cornwall-based falfungi make their Shii Salt by slowly drying fresh Shiitake mushrooms to intensify their naturally rich, savoury umami before hand blending with Cornish sea salt in small batches.. A bold finishing salt with a deep earthy character. Delicious on roasted vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and slow-cooked dishes, or stirred into soups or sauces for an extra layer of depth.
