Sealey Polycarbide Abrasive Strip Disc 115mm

About this product

The Sealey Polycarbide Abrasive Strip Disc is a silicon carbide cleaning disc designed for paint removal, rust removal, and surface preparation using a 115mm angle grinder. Constructed from black silicon carbide material bonded to a rigid backing plate, this disc offers effective abrasive action while remaining less aggressive than conventional grinding wheels. This makes it particularly well suited to tasks where surface control is important, such as preparing bodywork, cleaning corroded metal, or stripping flaking coatings without causing excessive damage to the substrate beneath. Compatible with Sealey and other leading brands of 115mm angle grinders, the disc fits via a standard Ø22mm bore, making it straightforward to fit and swap out on site. It is a practical consumable for contractors, bodyshop technicians, and fabricators who need reliable surface cleaning performance across professional cleaning applications.
