Feltham's Farm struck gold again at the Virtual Cheese Awards 2021 with their wonderfully fresh La Fresca Margarita cheese - an organic Queso Fresco made in Somerset.. Its title of Supreme Champion is well earned - zesty, lemony and fresh, it goes equally well drizzled with honey and spread on crusty bread, or used as a topping for Mexican tacos.
