Kansas City Spice Rub

About this product

Kansas City is located slap bang in the middle of the USA, making it a culinary melting pot when it comes to barbecue. The style tends to be a combination of spicy and sweet (think brown sugar, mustard, smoked paprika), which has inspired this epic Kansas City Spice Rub from BOHNS Rubs & Seasonings.. Be sure to apply plenty of rub, and leave it to "sweat" into the meat for at least an hour to enhance the flavour and produce that classic barbecue crust.
