About this product

Joseph Parker Men's Hoodie – New Zealand Heavyweight Champion Represent New Zealand heavyweight hero Joseph Parker, whose speed, composure and championship resilience have kept him among the division's leading names with the Joseph Parker Men's Hoodie from Players Couture. Created for supporters who value memorable contests, championship ambition and unmistakable sporting personalities, this piece of fan clothing features a colourful poster-style image of Joseph Parker within a stylish badge positioned on the left chest. The compact design gives the hoodie a clean, contemporary appearance while providing an extra layer for arena journeys, cooler evenings and relaxed weekends. The artwork offers knowledgeable boxing fanatics a distinctive way to recognise one another without relying on a large front print. It is made for fans who want to carry a reminder of their favourite fighter wherever they choose to go. A Colourful Left-Chest Boxing Design The badge turns Joseph Parker's familiar image into a contemporary piece of poster-inspired sporting art. Its colour, composition and compact placement give the hoodie a recognisable identity while allowing it to coordinate naturally with the rest of a casual wardrobe. From a distance it appears clean and understated; up close, the design reveals a tribute to becoming New Zealand's first heavyweight champion, repeated success on the international stage and a major late-career resurgence against elite contenders. This is clothing for supporters who see boxing as more than a single evening of entertainment. Great fighters become connected with particular eras, rivalries and personal memories. Wearing a design inspired by Joseph Parker offers friends, family and devoted fans a way to represent those moments and begin conversations with others who understand their significance. The Career Behind the Artwork Joseph Dennis Parker was born in South Auckland, New Zealand, in January 1992 and is of Samoan heritage. He built a strong amateur background, representing New Zealand at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and the 2011 World Championships. His quick hands, athletic movement and calm temperament marked him as a heavyweight prospect before he turned professional in 2012. Parker developed through contests in New Zealand and across the Pacific, winning regional championships and steadily improving the level of opposition. Victories over Kali Meehan, Carlos Takam and Alexander Dimitrenko established him as a leading contender. In December 2016 he faced Andy Ruiz Jr in Auckland for the vacant WBO heavyweight championship and won a close majority decision. The victory made Parker New Zealand's first heavyweight champion. He defended the belt against Răzvan Cojanu and Hughie Fury, travelling to Manchester for the latter contest and earning a majority decision. In March 2018 he met Anthony Joshua in Cardiff in a unification fight and became the first opponent to take Joshua the full twelve rounds, although he lost a unanimous decision. A second consecutive points defeat against Dillian Whyte followed in London, with both men scoring knockdowns. Parker rebuilt through a sequence of victories and defeated Derek Chisora twice in 2021. The second meeting was particularly decisive, with Parker scoring three knockdowns on the way to a wide points victory. In September 2022, Parker challenged Joe Joyce for an interim championship in Manchester. The contest was physically demanding and Parker was stopped in the eleventh round. Working with trainer Andy Lee, he then rebuilt through increased activity, stopping Simon Kean and preparing for another run at the division's leading contenders. Parker produced one of his finest performances against former champion Deontay Wilder in December 2023, controlling range and winning a clear unanimous decision. In March 2024 he survived two knockdowns to defeat Zhilei Zhang by majority decision and win the WBO interim title. When Daniel Dubois withdrew from their scheduled 2025 contest, Parker accepted Martin Bakole at short notice and stopped him in the second round. In October 2025, Parker lost the interim title when Fabio Wardley rallied to force an eleventh-round stoppage at the O2 Arena. After a period away from competition, Parker was cleared to return in August 2026. His record stands at 36–4 with 24 stoppages. From Auckland title night to major events in Britain and Saudi Arabia, he has represented New Zealand and Samoa with consistency while repeatedly rebuilding after setbacks. A Record That Defines the Legacy Joseph Parker's professional record stands at 36 victories and four defeats, including 24 wins by knockout or stoppage. Statistics alone cannot capture every demanding round or major occasion, but they demonstrate the consistency required to compete at the highest level. The career provides a lasting source of inspiration for supporters who admire preparation, self-belief and the willingness to accept defining challenges. The Players Couture
