HXGN Adjustable Ab Straps

About this product

The HXGN Adjustable Total Core Ab Straps are perfect for getting a little help to target your upper and lower abs, obliques and entire core. Simply connect the slings to your chin-up bar, pull-up bar, power tower or door gym using the easy hook and loop fastening. Then position your arms through the straps, grip hold of your workout bar and hang.. The slings will help by taking your body weight while you exercise so you do not need to worry about sweaty palms or a loosening grip getting in the way of your abdominal training.. Hanging exercises to target the core is a good idea as it does not place stress on your spine like normal floor-based sit-ups and crunches. This makes hanging a safer and highly effective alternative. Sold as a pair and made from durable, heavy duty canvas, the straps are padded so you get maximum comfort and protection whilst you are hanging.
