Fitness Mad Yoga Wedge

About this product

The Fitness Mad Yoga Wedge is ideal for helping with yoga and Pilates moves and poses and for helping guard against hyper-extension. These wedges encourage you to raise your palms and take the pressure off the wrists in moves such as Full Wheel and Down Dog. They can also be placed under the heels to help alleviate the problem of tight calves. These yoga wedges are lightweight, made from EVA foam and will not damage your floor.
