Eau-Me Balance Board-Club Sport

About this product

NOHRD EAU-ME BOARD The EAU-ME wobble board by Nohrd is unique, as the base is full of water. Put simply, the Eau-Me Board is all about balance, challenging the user with a constantly unsteady, shifting base – thus, forcing the body to react with each tilt. It also prevents any kind of regular pattern from developing, so it's not possible to memorise what movement is coming next. This shifting water flow triggers the body to react to the waters arbitrary stimuli. The result of all this is the EAU-ME board is great fun to use and it will also develop coordination, and balance and will engage your deep core muscles automatically improving posture and may even help prevent back pain. The number of exercises is only limited by your imagination. Squats, standing on one leg, kicking and even doing push-ups on it are just a few of the simple exercises you can do. Then if you want to make it more difficult, try doing the movements by holding a pair of dumbbells. The EAU-ME board is ideal for the health sector. Physiotherapists and fitness trainers will appreciate the benefits this EAU-ME board offers and could be highly effective at supporting a patient's recovery.
