Bosch PRO X571 Best for Metal Straight Flap Disc 115mm 40g Pack of 1

About this product

This Bosch PRO X571 Flap Disc is supplied as a single 115mm disc in a coarse 40 grit — ideal for aggressive stock removal and fast cutting on metal surfaces. The 40g grit makes this variant well-suited to heavy grinding tasks where you need to remove material quickly, such as weld dressing, deburring, or shaping mild and hardened steel. At 115mm, it fits a wide range of compact angle grinders commonly found on site. The advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia drives performance up to 1.5x faster than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc, while the X-cloth backing keeps the disc stable so you can maintain consistent pressure without losing control of the finish. Features and Benefits: • Up to 1.5x faster than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc • Advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia for extra-fast stock removal, even on hardened steel • Durable X-cloth backing ensures a stable grinding position for faster work with no loss of finish • 22.23mm bore fits standard locking nut angle grinders Specifications: Diameter: 115mm Grit: 40g Bore: 22.23mm Pack Quantity: 1 Contents: • Pack of 1
