Adidas Step

About this product

Take your training to the next level with the adidas Step, a versatile fitness platform designed for cardio, strength, HIIT and core workouts.. Built to adapt to different training styles, the Step features three adjustable click-and-lock heights: 15cm, 20cm and 25cm. Lower settings are ideal for fast-paced cardio and step routines, while the higher positions can increase range of motion for exercises such as lunges, split squats, push-ups and dips.. The platform is also ideal for core-focused movements. Elevate planks and mountain climbers to vary the challenge and add more intensity to bodyweight training.. A multi-textured rubberised training surface provides grip and comfort underfoot and during floor-based exercises, while integrated performance target zones help with positioning and consistent movement. Underneath, eight rubberised contact points help keep the platform stable during high-energy workouts.. Despite its strong construction, the adidas Step weighs just 7.2kg, making it easy to move, reposition and store between sessions. It supports a maximum user weight of 120kg and is moisture-resistant and easy to wipe clean after training.. Suitable for everything from step classes and conditioning sessions to strength circuits and core work, the adidas Step is a versatile addition to any home gym or fitness space.
